So I’m one of those super-freaking-picky about the concerts I deem worthy of my time/attention/ridiculous amounts of money to see, which inevitably means I have a small but *really important* list of bands that I need to see at some point in my lifetime.  And what good would a list like this be if the greater Tumblr universe couldn’t see it, amirite?!

• Paul McCartney [aka the closest to the Beatles that I could ever see live, and even though he’s not my favorite Beatle, it was at Fenway and was therefore a rather epic show]
• Coldplay [saw the Viva tour twice, and the second time still remains as my favorite concert of all time]
• The Swell Season
• Phoenix [front row!]
• The Kooks
• Mumford & Sons [ideally, it’s my dream to see them play in a tiny Irish pub while I drink copious amounts of beer and enjoy the music, but I think they’re getting too big for that dream to ever be realized]
• The Frames [I sort of saw them play as the Swell Season, but it is my goal to see them in Ireland, since nobody in the U.S. appreciates them in the proper way]
• Dave Matthews Band [I refuse to see them anywhere except outdoors in the summertime, thank you Comcast Center for being one of the closest venues to my house]

So you know how much I need you, but you never even see me, do you?
